Rio Grande Village Visitor Center — Attraction in Manuel Benavides

Well... while there is a great view and the people working seem friendly enough, the amount of things broken in the store made us not want to stay here again. In the mens bathroom a stall was broken and in the womens a stall wouldnt flush toilet paper so of course it stunk. Then one of three washing machines was working and one of two dryers. If this is the situation please limit people to one load of laundry. There was two women who weren't even staying at the village washing laundry for five hours. A little ridiculous. The cost of the showers though... $2 per 5 minutes... everyone always looked grumpy after thier shower. The park needs to open another rv park if this is the only one with...

I'd say a pretty nice place to stop. Nice little information stop on your way through big bend. They have a lot of stuff learn about in a tiny place. So far I'd say big bend national park has been the nicest rangers, volunteers, and maintenance staff...
