Terrible place run by very unprofessional people, most notably the finance teams and VP. The club initially over drafted my account by $10,000.00 when I signed up. Rather than an electronic wire or overnighted check they sent a check that took 30 days. A mistake this large can impact a families life and they didnāt care enough to fast track anything until I begged. After countless efforts they finally overnighted a check. After this, they charged for a guest fee for golf that was not accurate. After providing proof of payment on the guest, it took 2-3 weeks for acknowledgment and credit, after countless attempts for a response. Without emailing again this also would have fallen through the cracks. Beyond this, my original application included months at no cost as sign up incentives. I did not receive one of the months credits and reached out, only to find out they applied it to a year and month I was not a member. Glad I did my due diligence!! After this, they have ignored a request for over 1 month, with no apologies, providing a breakdown of my last bill which was contradicted by saved emails. Finance says my balance, in an email, was $351.00 less than what was on the bill as rollover. After numerous requests, I still have not received the breakdown. Initial explanation from David Sizelove says it includes dues for a month he also said I was credited dues for, in a single email. The staff was was always unprofessional, including the Pro at Palmer. I once asked them to store my bag since I needed to get some work done in clubhouse and they said and he looked at me like an idiot and said āleave it outsideā. Sauna was broken the day I tried to use it, food was subpar at legends, no one at legends ever answered the phone, and the gym is incredibly outdated. I was also told I would have guest green fees for half off on Thursdays at trails. Apparently that ended before I signed up and was a LIE. They also did not tell me there are blackout dates at the resort. This is all in 4 months and I have full written and concrete evidence of everything noted here, with none of this being opinion. Fraudulent and borderline criminal to secure business and then ignore members requests for clarity. After all of this they deny a refund stating I donāt have cause. The only positive was management at Trails golf course and their head pro. Amazing human and nothing like my experience with management and Finance. I will be exploring litigation and if youāre an attorney that would like to handle this case, with club denying a refund with no just cause, please let me know as I am exploring...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOur wedding reception at The Woodlands Country Club in September 2020 exceeded our expectations! The ballroom is stunning, the staff is professional, and everything flowed well. We received many compliments on the food and overall experience! Their wedding packages have many of the vendors pre-selected. I was both relieved and worried as it took some of the stress of wedding planning away but didnāt allow the choice of some vendors. It all worked out well and we were very pleased with all the vendors that the country club required. For the vendors that we did get to select, we chose many of the country clubās recommended vendors and were happy with them all. Also, my husband and I could not speak more highly of Annemarie. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! She has infectious energy, has LOTS of experience with weddings, and ensured our wedding day would be fantastic both during the planning process and the day of. When our wedding ceremony location (a local church) was still closed just a few weeks prior to our wedding due to Covid-19, she helped us organize several alternative plans to have our wedding ceremony at the club. While we were able to have our ceremony at the original location, we were so thankful to have her and the club be so flexible with us, given the situation. Our wedding day was beautiful and we highly recommend The Woodlands...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTWCC is Second to None when it comes to their customer service , professionalism and atmosphere. They are on point on all areas and strife for perfection. However they either lack on the dirty little secret or just cater to the good ol boys club.
There is a underlining and unspoken dark little enterprise that takes place at TWCC. Young women "usually Asian" go there with one purpose only, and learning golf is just a way for them to gain access. To wealthy old men, who need a companion.
I know this from first hand experience and as an objective observer. I was surprised at how blatant the hussle was, the good ol boys club.
Yunli Quan would hand out her business cards, for her massage shop in the hopes to find lonely old rich men.
She struck gold when Eddie Blackburne took her bait, and took her up on her offer.
In 2021 Eddie Blackburne spent over 500k on Yunli, because he was lonely and wanted a companion. And the rest is history. Money cannot buy love nor...
