Roethke Park — Attraction in Thomas Township

10$ per person if out of county. Ok that's fine but then the bathroom was flooded and no one cared so I wiped the drain on the floor cause it was covered with debri and couldn't drain. Also, the pool paint inside pool was chipping really bad and floating all in the pool. It was disgusting to say the least. We drove from flushing to try this place out and definitely won't be back for the pool. But they did have some decent woodsy trails to walk . Awesome experience at the park with a haunted train in haunted house. We had so much fun. Best part was the food vendors especially what's popping kettle corn company was there. They make the best kettle corn in Michigan. It's the same they were so far down on the line for us to get to them. After all the years they've been there they should be dead center of the activities. We went for a graduation gathering and I was very impressed with this park. I live about 15 minutes away and have never been here before, but I'll definitely be back. There are nice, short walking trails, a pond for catch and release fishing, three pavilions, public swimming pool, train rides, and a small amphitheatre. Everything is perfectly maintained and clean.
