This park is nestled in the Library area of Thousand Oaks, surrounded by majestic oak trees and lots of grass. Ducks fill the park's pond, and turtles fight for their own spot among them. Large grass areas allow for games and picnics, or events. BBQ areas are available. Volleyball and basketball amenities are included as well. Public restrooms are on site, and handicap parking is available. There is a nice track that runs around the park's circumference, and many visitors like to walk or jog it's length. Private area for parties is also available and a semi-covered picnic area is available for large gatherings. Two playgrounds make this park a hit with children, and the many areas of shade available make it a hit for moms and dads too! Many of the city's events are held here, as it is a great venue for large gatherings. Wonderful park to...

I found this place by accident looking for a place to run before it got too late one night while driving home. This park has everything;! Besides hiking trails which I am always checking out, it had lots of places to play, a couple of nice playgrounds, a little pond and cute walking paths, an amphitheater, BBQ pits and tons of places to picnic, bathrooms, that by my standards seemed decently clean for a park...though I hate public restrooms after having kids I have had to suck it up and go in...they were about a 5 on the park scale but maybe I should go ahead with the public bathroom blog I thought of making...anyway....i have found a new favorite park...

My favorite dog park ever... Pretty much an idyllic situation for the puppers and their people. Only one isolated case of a careless owner who spent more time looking at her phone then keeping her own dog from being a neighborhood bully. Super cool thing about this. Dog park is that they keep big dogs and little dogs in separate areas... I only wish they could have a third area for people and dogs who are happy playing with everybody. Long and short of it is that it's a really great dog park, they keep it really really nice, and it attracts cool people and their dogs to...

Very nice park. My only criticism is that people used to be able to use the sinks. Now the sinks only work in reserved areas. I travel a lot and loved stopping off at the park to enjoy walking around and I would use the sink to fill up my tanks to use the water for cooking. I guess it’s a sign of the times. Helping people out and offering kindness and free water is a thing of the past. Thousand Oaks, California is under pressure to be cruel to its citizens just like the current US government.

Beautiful park with a walking trail and lots of grass area. There are two soothing small lakes with ducks and tons of turtles swimming through the water. There is plenty of parking, bathrooms and picnic areas. The park also offers picnic pagoda rentals ahead of time with BBQ and seating for up to 50. An idyllic little find in the middle of Thousand Oaks. A great place for a picnic or walk. There is also a beautifully designed monument to the victims of the borderline incident.
