Ken is the real deal. he completed my emergency repair in time for an Ebay sale. hearing that i was 10mins away he graciously changed directions to invite me over for the repair. little did i know i had been led to a true PICASSO of electronic service/repair. my God sent! he engaged me in humorous dialogue regarding his trade during the short time i was there for the repair. well as far as payment, i can't go there for FEAR my review could put him out of business and i won't go there because it wouldn't be good for either him or future prospective clients. he is a true gentleman, an expert in what he does and went so far above my greatest expectation that graciously humbled me upon departure. i would never hesitate going to him for future electronic services and repair. so glad i did. he took care of my 'fix' with belly aching laughter to boot at the...
Read moreI had been looking for a reliable stereo equipment repair expert in the Conejo Valley and found Ken. Most of the reviews were extremely positive, however, as always, there were a couple of them that said he was ill tempered and hard to work with. I took my stereo amp and a cd player to him to repair and I found him knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely fair with his pricing. He's a sweet guy and fixed my equipment within a couple of days. I really appreciated that because I have left equipment with other repairman who charge upfront fees just to diagnose the problem and then apply it to the cost of the repair. Then, they don't get back to you for weeks! Ken doesn't do that. You leave the unit with him and he will tell you what it will cost to fix it. My amp and cd player work beautifully now. I'm giving him all my future repairs. He...
Read moreMy "go to place" for stereo equipment repairs and tune-up! The proprietor and my friend, Kenny, is the best when it comes to old skool vintage equipment repairs! He does business just like the good old days of the neighborhood repairman you can trust to do a great job and do it right the first time. He reminds me of my uncle Jim, who should've been named Andy, as in "Handy Andy" or Jack for "Jack Of All Trades"! I cannot recommend Kenny enough for your repair needs for your both vintage and current electronic entertainment equipment! If only there were 5 more 🌟's for ratings, he'd definitely deserve it! BTW, his prices are fair and will work with your budget. That's what I'm...
