One of the best view points from Angel Island in my opinion. The Battery is one of few on the Island and some of the bunkers of the battery are open and accessible to enter. Step back in time and imagine soldiers camped out in these bunkers.

180° views.. all the way from the Bay Bridge to the Golden Gate and beyond. An absolute must visit for all! Fyi, hiking for some might be a bit strainous as it's a bit uphill but not much. Around 600-800 feet.
