Ā Ā Ā Read moreLoved this falls, a lot. A very good attraction to see with family. The way to the falls from Cornelia was very easy. We found the TMobile coverage to be very spotty here. The falls is located within the Toccoa Falls Bible College campus area. So best to check if the campus is open before planning a trip to see the falls. You will need to set your GPS destination to Toccoa Falls Parking to get to the back of the campus where the falls is located. It's a gravel road so, best to drive slowly. The entrance to the narrow path that leads to the falls is through a Gift shop next to the parking lot. The gift shop attendant was very courteous and polite, and provided us with good information on the falls and it's history. The entry fees to the falls is $2/person, payable at the Gift shop only. Once purchased, the entry to the falls is thru the back of the shop. We just had to walk a few steps on the small trail when the tallest falls came upon us round the bend. A spectacular view! Worth every cent paid to see it. In some ways it's better than Tallulah falls, as we had to pay $5/car and 2 hrs of hiking before we could see the falls. Just a matter of opinion I suppose. Still the falls was so majestic and tall at 180ft. The trail took us to the base of the falls directly. Awesome! Worth a visit if...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is located inside the Toccoa Falls College campus. As of October 6, 2022, Google Maps will take you to the wrong place for the falls. The location for the falls is pinned to the middle of a parking lot. The falls are close but you have to take Forrest Drive, not Kincaid Drive, to get to the falls. You'll follow the creek to the Welcome Center. There are some signs to guide you, but they are small.
You enter the falls through the Toccoa Falls Welcome Center. The entrance fee is $2 for adults. It may be less for kids, but I didn't check.
You'll go through a door in the back of the gift shop area to get outside where you walk about 150 yards to the falls. There's just a slight incline up the the falls. Unless you have a severe handicap, most people should be able to walk up.
There's a creek flowing next to the path leading to the bottom of the falls.
The area below the falls is open and there's plenty of room to look at the falls. If you want, you can get closer by climbing over the rocks and boulders that are on the side of the pool at the bottom of the falls.
This is a beautiful site and easy to access once you figure out where to go. The inexpensive entry fee makes this an easy decision if you...
