Toccoa Falls — Local services in Toccoa

NOW OPEN AGAIN - as of 5/8/2020. We've been here several times before and it's one of our favorite falls in the area. HOWEVER upon driving over 2 hours to get to it yesterday, we arrived to find out the entire property had been reserved for a wedding. Congratulations to the bride and groom - but that was VERY annoying to drive so far and have no indication anywhere that all access to the falls was reserved for the wedding party. Put a note on the website - something, so people don't waste their time driving out there. Apparently we weren't the only people to find out upon arriving there because the receptionist wouldn't even make eye contact when she told us we couldn't go in. (You have to walk through a gift shop and pay a fee to get to the waterfall trail which is only about a 2 minute walk afterwards). Love Toccoa Falls, absolutely visit if you can. What a gorgeous wedding venue! I absolutely in awe of the falls and so wish we were able to have our wedding here. We booked Toccoa Falls back in 2018 for our May 2020 wedding, but the world had different plans (you know - with the pandemic and all). We decided to postpone our date to October 2020. Allie was so sweet and accommodating in this difficult process while we coordinated the new plans with ALL of our other vendors. We ultimately decided just this week to hold a small intimate wedding at our home, but was greeted with gracious understanding. I wasn't expecting this at all, but I was so thankful to get an email from Allie saying we will receive a full refund on our deposit. We're sad that we won't hold our special day at Toccoa Falls, but very happy with our experience. It will hold a special place in our hearts. We hope to visit soon with a photography session or a vow renewal...

We had our wedding here and the staff were AWESOME! We were from out of town so couldn't have any pre-wedding sit downs or anything but they were very responsive, accommodating and helpful for our rainy wedding day! They would get back to us via email within a few hours and when we asked for recommendations and they were very detailed and helpful! Their bridal suite was so cute and cozy and they helped with the speaker set up/break down and handled the chairs being delivered. They were always so kind to speak to and answer all the questions we had! The falls themselves were BEAUTIFUL! It rained all day on our wedding day and they immediately offered their inside venue area no extra charge or trouble (but we stayed out in the rain lol). This place is truly special and would...
