Reason I don't give a 5 star is because how the historical landmark is coming apart. It's not even they fence it off, because of safety and not being sued. I just wish some of these wonderful landmarks gets persevere, but it would take some money in order to do that. Besides that it is still a great little town to wonder around, and the locals seem they are friendly.

Wonderful looking old schoolhouse built in 1907. Unfortunately, the building is undergoing a major renovation project, and we were not able to enter the building. According to some previous reviewers, you can call ahead of time and schedule a tour, which we did not do. Still, an interesting building to stop by and see.

Been driving past this place for 15 years finally decided to stop in. Awesome history. Last class was 1953. Some chalk boards still have writing on them. Basement has lots of items untouched for decades. Shame the building is falling apart.

Lots of History in this old building. The tour from Steve was totally worth the drive. 10/10 would recommend going. Me the wife and a few of our friends will be going back next year for an overnight stay. Lots of interesting History in this...
