A fabulous experience! We have always included Sheridan on our annual wine ride, but hadn't been to the new location (previously home to Maison de Padgett). Jenny met us at the hitching post to ensure it was suitable for our ponies. We then went up to the garden where she had a table set up for us in the shade and proceeded to spoil us with wonderful service. I can't say enough good things about this experience. The wines are very nice and the space is gorgeous! It's a very elegant, yet comfortable place to taste and the variety of seating options means it's suitable for tasting in any weather. The only thing I would recommend is adding an option for gratuity on cards. It would be wonderful to reward this type of service, and people don't consistently carry cash anymore (luckily we had a little!).

Wines with very nice character at fairly reasonable prices. New location has a large tasting room, beautiful garden, and outdoor seating area. Friendly service! I particularly enjoyed the Reigning Fire and Boss Block Can Franc, apparently named after the wine maker's wife :-) They even have a Napa Cab that they make up here! Tasting fee is $15 but waived with purchase.

It only gets better. Again a great experience sharing Scott's excellent wines and his knowledge as a wine maker. The graciousness and hospitality of Jenny and Big John rounded out a wonderful visit. Not to mention the bonus of the 4 cases of Sheridan wines our group took home!

Wonderful winery with a beautiful garden / tasting area. Quoting my Total Wine and more rep, "a better Cabernet Franc you will not find". Terrific wines, and Big John's larger than life personality and wine knowledge make this a great stop; the entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Add in some artisan pizzas, a case packed so I can check it on the flight home, a Magnum we purchased signed by the winemaker and you have an idyllic...

I had a really good experience wine tasting at Sheridan with my girlfriends. The place was empty it being a weekday in dry January. The service was exceptional. I don’t remember our server’s name but she was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They have a couple different price points on wine and they were all good. Loved the $90 Syrah haha! The $30 wines were good too. I would go out of my way to make a...
