This park has a boat ramp for smallish trailered watercraft and kayak launch docks that make it super convenient to launch your kayaks. UBs rowing club uses this as their base. There are public restrooms, as well as walking trails. The 360 mile long Erie Canal Way trail passes through the park on a multiuser paved section, and a couple of miles of unmarked trails through a small wooded section on the property. This location is used by the SUNY Buffalo rowing team for boat storage and practice on Tonawanda Creek which is part of the historic Erie Canal.

It's right by the Ellicott Creek and many green fields. There is a boat dock and a pier (I think? Or maybe pier is not the word? You can tow your boat here and enter the water from here).
