Fest Valley Events — Attraction in Town of Arthur

I have never been here for Country Fest, but we had planned to tour this venue for our wedding. We planned a time and day with the company to come and tour the venue on a weekend. We had a few email exchanges prior to the tour. We drove 1.5 hours (one direction) to this location to have nobody there to tour the grounds with us. We attempted to call them without luck and got the basic “our business hours are from…please leave a voicemail” message. We left a voicemail and have not heard back from them since (over a week later.) I found it extremely disrespectful to never return our call or apologize for their mistake. If they can’t commit to making it to a tour, we are not putting our wedding in their hands. Not to mention the place is filled everywhere with barbed wire fencing and hundreds of porta potties lined up as you enter. I guess we should have known the grounds were not meant for an elegant reception space. The whole experience came across as a company specializing in concerts with the after thought of using the space for weddings to make extra money on the side. Definitely doesn’t seem like weddings are a top priority at all. My fiancé’s exact words as we pulled away, “are we going to a wedding or a prison?” To each their own I guess for people that have gotten married here...

Let me just start out by saying that this venue is AMAZING. When you book with them, not only are you getting the best bang for your buck, you also get an amazing experience you won't find anywhere else. Morgan the event coordinator was so professional, easy to talk to, and just simply made sure our day was stress free as possible. We were so impressed with the Fest Valley staff and all the help they provided to make sure our day was absolutely wonderful! We had our wedding on Halloween and the wooded ceremony space was absolutely perfect! We had our reception on the Main stage and had a ton of compliments afterwards about the staff and the venue! I loved that when you book with this place, you have options. They also have a beautiful new event center they just built right next to the stage that you are able to use as your reception/ceremony area as well. Not only does FVE think about the bride/groom, they also think about the guests as well! When you book you get campsites that are close to the stage for your guests to stay at. That was such a nice touch, and we definitely took advantage of that! We are so happy and proud that we picked this venue for our special day. I highly recommend...

What. A. VENUE! Calling FVE a venue isn’t quote the right word, though — it’s an experience! Not only do you get access to a stunning reception venue, but the ability to get married in one of many beautiful settings around the grounds.

However, as a couple, we were most impressed with the incredible service. Wade, Morgan, Jackie and the rest of the FVE staff take care of your every need. From signing the contract to clean up the day after our reception, the staff was always there with recommendations, ideas, incredible hospitality and a helping hand. They coordinated the efforts of all our vendors to make our day completely stress free and most of all - FUN! Since our wedding reception, we have received so many compliments about the venue, the experience and the staff!
