I submitted an art piece for review and was subsequently asked for additional photos and information via email. I promptly provided the requested materials and even spoke with Gene Shapiro over the phone to ensure they received everything.

Despite my efforts and patience, I have waited for over a week without any form of response or acknowledgment. This level of unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism is deeply disappointing, especially given my long-standing involvement in the Art and Antiques field.
