This is a big beautiful park and I've enjoyed walking my dog here. However, it's become too dangerous lately with all of the off-leash dogs running around. The previous three times I've visited, at least one large dog has come charging up to mine to say hello, with the owner doing little to nothing to stop them. It's been fine in our situation, but this can be really dangerous if you are walking a dog that is reactive or dog aggressive. On my most recent visit, not a single dog was leashed. Lots of pavilions for events, it has a three segment dog park with a pond in the main section, there are plenty of creeks that I've seen people kayaking in, open fields, big hills with lots of tree coverage, frisbee golf, and giant sledding hills in the winter. You can really get a ton out of this park, and vary your visits to do a lot of different sorts of activities here.
