Honestly, this was the first time I took my dog here and probably the last. I’ll tell you why. First, which made absolutely no sense to me…. If your dog has to go to the bathroom, wouldn’t you expect to see garbage cans all over the park? I did not see one trash can. Not a single one. Do they expect us to take “it” home with us? Even for regular trash, any part should have some form of trash cans correct?
Next, it doesn’t seem very well kept.. basically the lawn is mowed and that is it. It seemed very dirty and grimy to me…
Next was the fact that parents would come no pets with them with their children and let them play in the park as if it was a regular park, no sign or warning, saying we are not responsible if a dog bites you…. But even common sense says why would you bring your children to come play again with no pets in a dog park??? isn’t that a lawsuit just waiting to happen??? Also, I was told by several people….Oh, it’s a very popular park, if there were six people there, (and this is during prime time) beautiful day…
Let’s just say I was completely dismayed, disappointed and disgusted .
As soon as I got home, I gave my dog a bath head to toe .. and then I myself took a shower
If that doesn’t tell you anything I don’t know what does .
If I wanna visit the slums, I’ll go to the slums . So I imagine the slums without all the houses just the...

We have seen dog fights, overly aggressive dogs with no owner correction, and today was the final visit when we entered the second gate ( normally the place where dogs meet & greet) well the greeting was a dog attacking my dog; thanfully my dog did not respond, because I do not know a safe way to break up a dog fight. I ha e been to dozens of dog parks throughout the country, and this Park: ROBINSON DUCK FARM DOG PARK, is the only park I have witnessed this type of consistent Bad Dog Behavior (There are not bad dogs, there are BAD DOG OWNERS !! P.S- THE OWNER HAD A CAT IN HER LAP AT THE DOG PARK ! I was warned by a gentleman leaving with his dogs of the cat situation, but he did not mention her aggressive dog. They should turn this dirt lot back into protected land, or turn it over to the Wertheim Reserve, whch is adjacent...
Read moreI enjoy this park a lot because of the large area that's fenced-in and potential for doggy interaction. As any place like this, experience varies on other dog owners and dogs .Robinson has two areas: small dogs and not small dogs. Very large, fenced-in areas. I do not go to the small dog area, so I can only say what I see. I the small dog area seems to I have about 4 table umbrellas, but no tree for shade. There are trees a part of the scenery but not in the fenced off area for small dogs. I only have experience with big dog area; which Also has a very large fenced-in area. There are two trees that provide shade there and about 20 chairs. Bring poopies bags and water of course! It's mostly an open field and pups and owners can...
