Keyes Peak Ski Hill — Attraction in Town of Commonwealth

A wonderful place to visit, year round ☺. In the spring, summer, and fall, you can enjoy the disc golf course and new beautiful stairs that make their way up the hill with an amazing view awaiting you at the top, overlooking the hill, Keyes lake, and a variety of different types of trees too. Although the view from the top is amazing all year, but is exceptionally beautiful in the fall when leaves are changing 😁🍁🧡🍂. In the winter, Keyes is an affordable hill to bring your family. There is a bunny (beginner) hill that has its own tow rope that runs slower and is great for new skiiers. There are also intermediate and expert hills with a second tow rope to bring skiiers up. To the side of the hills, Keyes also has tube run that is a lot of fun! You can either bring your own skiing equipment, or they have skis, boots, and tubes for rent. They also have helmets that can be used as well. Our family spends a lot of time here! The lodge is beautiful as well and can be utilized for warming during winter fun or for families to wait for their loved ones who are skiing. Keyes Peak offers incredible recreation experiences year-round. Spring, summer and fall there is an excellent 18-hole disc golf course on the property that is well-maintained and a lot of fun to play. 12 holes remain open in the winter so you can disc all year long.

In the winter, you won't find more affordable family outdoor recreation than the ski hill. There are 4 different runs, a bunny hill and an epic tube run. Word of warning that tow ropes are used, so bring the proper gloves or glove protectors when you visit. There are concessions on site. You won't find a more affordable way to ski in the area.

Absolutely incredible! Nice runs, great tubing, good food and a beautiful log building! A very family friendly place and affordable too. We had a blast there and can't wait to go night skiing!!! Fun for...
