ACE Cabinets & Design — Attraction in Town of East Fishkill

It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. It started with a very pleasant visit with Morgan. We walked in looked around we knew what we wanted and showed her pictures of what we had and told her what our plan was. We wanted the Blue cabinets with white countertop. We were there for about 1 hour. She said to give her about a week and she would have a design for us. She called us just shy of a week and we made an appointment and went in to see what she had. We already had an estimate from a big box store and they only communicated with us if we reached out to them. After we saw what she designed they came out and did some measuring. She confirmed what she designed would work. We gave a deposit and signed the paperwork. We were very happy with the pricing.

We had questions with the sink and the cabinet so we got on the phone with our contractor and she communicated with him we had no clue but they were on the same page and that's all that mattered.

When it came to the sink placement Nick talked to our contractor and worked it all out.

They have a company that installs the quartz countertops because most contractors do not do it and they were professional and worked quickly and neatly. They installed the countertops in about 1 hour and calked and cleaned up.

We were told 5-6 weeks for delivery of the cabinets and it was more like 4 weeks. We had to ask them to hold delivery until our contractor was ready which was not a problem either. We now have a beautiful kitchen and can't wait to start using it.

I cannot say enough great things about with my experience with Nick and Morgan. I had a complete kitchen renovation which they designed. This included taking down a wall to make the old dining room part of the new the kitchen as well as opening up the living room wall to flow into the kitchen. The kitchen is functional and beautiful!! The kitchen was completed last December and I am very pleased with the quality and function of the cabinets. Their design created a comfortable day to day living space as well as a dream space for entertaining our family and friends. From a design perspective there was a lot of detail involved, aesthetically it had challenges working within the confines of our space. During that time fallout from COVID added to complications with supply chain issues, rising costs and general uncertainty with supplies. Morgan kept me up to date, on lead times, making sure we met deadlines for ordering. Many things were out or their control, but they managed the process extremely well. Let's just say they both are very patient people......... I felt I was in there daily getting reassurance I was making the right decisions about everything from design, to cabinet color, to island color, flooring etc, etc!! Not a day goes by now that I don't say, " I love our new space!" She and Nick are very detail oriented, which paid off when the the contractor was doing the work. I'm lending my voice to the many others who are all saying the same thing. Nick and Morgan and ACE Cabinets are absolutely top quality customer service, product and design. I reached out to them initially based on their awesome reviews and hope my review will help seal the deal for someone else.

I was doing a new home build in the middle of the pandemic, and with all the difficulties I experienced, there were never any with Nick. His kitchen designs, willingness to work with us on style, price point and timeline were far and away the best we encountered. He and Morgan were always prompt with their communication and accurate with their information. He was realistic with setting timelines and always available to answer questions.

Nick not only did our kitchen cabinets and countertops but he also made our bathroom vanities and counters as well. When we changed the design of our bathroom to allow for glass installation and shower niches he was able to source us additional pieces of countertop material at reasonable prices so it would all match.

Having been in the house for about 6 months now using the kitchens and bathrooms I am beyond satisfied with the quality of their product and workmanship. Not only that but we constantly get compliments about the style and quality from guests in our home.
