This is now my go-to store. Had a problem with a phone and brought it to a different store and was met with someone who told me to just call the customer service number. Long story short, I decided to go to this new store to see if I could get help. Giovanni helped me get my phone up and running in minutes. He and his staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I had agreed to go through the store for a screen replacement but they saved me money by having me go through the insurance I have on the phone. I didn’t even know that was an option. They told me twice no additional fees. Cash out $280 they say for tax. Only to learn they charged $80 for set up fee. Phones never sync properly because they let us leave the store while they were still syncing. Had to go back multiple times.
