If you do not schedule a tour, you will only be able to see the outside of the buildings. Plan on your tour takung between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. There were 3 cobblestone buildings and 4 wooden buildings filled with period pieces. Bring walking shoes because you will cover approximately 2 blocks walking from building to building. This was the largest one room schoolhouse I have ever seen. Learning about how the cobblestone buildings were constructed was fun. I especially liked the rock sorters.
