Good cider and good people!! My wife and I made a spur of the moment decision to check out Buried Barrel, and we are so glad that we did! We were on our way to Letchworth State Park and realized that if we waited 15 more minutes, we would be able to get into the park for free. Thankfully, as we were stopped at the stop sign down the road I remembered that Buried Barrel was just down the street if we turned the other way.
It about 15 mins before they were supposed to close, but Nick (one of the owners) welcomed us in, poured out some samples and then glasses of cider for us, and kept the quaint little place open for us and a couple of others who were still there until we were ready to leave. He was so friendly, and had many good recommendations for us about where to visit and what to do while we were in town. My wife and I both enjoyed the cider, especially the elderberry flavor.
