This was our second visit to this hidden gem! Just visiting this unique winery is a great experience! They have some interesting decor throughout the winery down to the doors on a nearby building and the design of the bathrooms! And an area that Harry Potter fans will love! The building itself is an older large barn that they brought in an engineering firm to save and secure this beautiful historic structure! The owners of the winery are very active in its day to day running and it shows! We really enjoyed their wines and how welcoming it was to be there! 🍷

Lacey Magruder Vineyard is a unique stop. The samples were very tasty! I bought a couple of bottles of wine and really enjoyed myself. To explain unique, this place looks like a broken-down shack from the outside, but the inside is a feast for the eyes. It looks like some scholar or poet bought a winery and decided to recluse to the vineyard. If you are at Lake Seneca, stop in, have a taste, chat with the staff, and enjoy the ambiance.

The wines were really good here. We especially liked especially liked the dry rose, the dry Riesling and the all of the others we tried were good too! Much better wine than most of the places we visited this weekend! The tasting barn is really neat with lots to look at and a great vibe! Our service was both knowledgeable and super friendly!

DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I went to this winery with a bachleorette party- This was our last stop on our wine tour and I must say EVERYONE had something terrible to say about the owners!! Both Lacey and her husband were extremely rude to my guests, as well as the bride- We were 7 minutes late upon arriving and were pretty much shunned away since we were "late" and they had another party on their way in after us. She was rushing us in drinking our wine and she even yelled at another one of my guests for not having her wine choice selected and out in front of her. She was super rude with her snide comments and remarks that she made to each one of us. Her and her husband Jim were awful!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! As we proceeded to leave the winery, the bride personally spoke to the owner about her terrible experience and said that she would never be returning. The owners reply," GOOD! WE DON'T NEED YOUR BUISNESS ANYWAYS" do not waste your gas or money on this place! I was stunned at the way they treated their...

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this winery. They had such a unique atmosphere. We had our tasting with the owner and she was very nice. They are not apart of the huge wine trail on Seneca lake so you aren't going to run into huge crowds and long waits. One of the great things about visiting these type of wineries that are off the beaten path is that they can recommended other wineries where you will have a similar experience. I had thought I was going to sample their all red option but I am glad I didn't as I ended up going home with a...
