Beautiful and challenging trail but entirely worth it! It is a loop that goes down to the water from the bluffs and back up again, there are some parts that are easy but be prepared for rugged terrain and steep inclines, wear appropriate footwear as some areas can get muddy. There are several parts near the water that have you crossing rocks and tree roots, so be aware of your surroundings and watch your step! I’d say for an experienced hiker it is more of a moderate trail but if you’re inexperienced it is more difficult but the views of the lake and the bluffs are entirely worth it!

Great hike. There are lots of tree roots and rocks on this trail, so watch your steps. Speaking of steps, there's several spots with natural rock steps. Views are well worth this hike. Some spots could be slippery if it's rainy or right after a rain, so again, watch your step. Trail was probably the busiest one we've hiked this summer. Had our 7 month old golden retriever with us, so we stopped a lot to allow other hikers to pass. He got in lots of training time. Overall, I rated it a moderate trail, but there's some difficult spots. Just take your time to get through them. Enjoy

This is a pretty extreme trail with lots of jagged rocks to walk on as well as tree roots as well as one place where it seemed to be washed out. On the other hand it also allowed you to see the sea caves and got you down by the pebble beach, but that is also where the trail was the most dangerous but with a bit of caution and a good pair of hiking boots it offers some really nice sights on this 2 mile loop and really highlights the...
