Beautiful and challenging trail but entirely worth it! It is a loop that goes down to the water from the bluffs and back up again, there are some parts that are easy but be prepared for rugged terrain and steep inclines, wear appropriate footwear as some areas can get muddy. There are several parts near the water that have you crossing rocks and tree roots, so be aware of your surroundings and watch your step! Some spots could be slippery if it's rainy or right after a rain, so again, watch your step. Trail was probably the busiest one we've hiked this summer.
