The park provides stunning views of the expansive Hudson River. This location is by far a pleasant park to visit.
Come and appreciate the peaceful atmosphere that it offers daily. The views are truly a sight to behold, offering an escape from the city. It's a wonderful spot for both relaxation and taking in the beauty around.
The park provides a wonderful space for families to enjoy outdoor activities. Children can have a blast playing on the playground with all its features. Additionally, the boat launch deck is available, allowing visitors to appreciate scenic views by boat. It's a great place to relax and take in the beauty of the surroundings. The boat launch is usually open until sunset, so there's plenty of time to spend at the river. It's free of charge for unpowered craft and $10 for motorized ones.

Read moreBeautiful county park with sweeping views of the Hudson River. Great playground and ample space for picnicing.
Gazebo and other enclosed spaces can be rented with permits well in advance of your event which can be a complicated and difficult process through the county office which is why I lowered the rating. I have retrieved near low tide and have not needed 4wd...yet. The trailer parking area is large and provides plenty of space to maneuver. My crew cab pickup and trailer fit the spot with 10ft to spare lengthwise Super boat launch, and only 38 miles to Lady Liberty. The park is well maintained and...
