I went to the Hudson water club with my family on Easter and it seemed to be great. And everyone seemed nice. We arrived at 11:40. I order a burger and my girlfriend order French toast. We didn’t even get our food until almost 1 o’clock. Now mind you we were the ONLY black family there that day. Our waiter seemed nice at first but all of that was fake. When we first realized that the food was taking long was was going to ask our waiter. But that’s when the “easter bunny” came. She walked by our table and saw our faces like it read where’s our food. So she walked by and said oh the easter bunny is here take pictures. Then she walked away but as she was behind me she said very low the food will be here soon that was like 12:20. My girlfriend said to me she should have asked when the food will be here and I told her the waiter said very low soon. So we went to take pictures. Another family was ahead of us and began to take pictures. The family was able to take individual pictures with the child and Easter bunny and then able to take a family picture with everyone. Then it was our turn. The lady seemed like she didn’t want to take pictures she rushed and only allowed a family picture now individual pictures with our son and Easter bunny then a family photo like the family before. She rushed 3 photos and they are terrible. I would show but I don’t want my son on Google. So I said nah we taking more. The family behind us was starting we walk up to the Easter bunny while we are up there and the lady said nothing. The next pictures were good because I made her retake. Ok now let’s go back to the food. After the pictures we began waiting again for the food. About 12:43 I asked where is our food to the waiter. She said oh the kitchen staff. But she never came up yo us to explain being behind or anything. She just kept walking and helping other families and ignoring us. My coffee cup stayed empty for about 30 mins but she was filling all the white families cups. Then when I made a comment about it all of a sudden our food appears. Then the manager she’s oh it’s because we was the last family which was a lie. 3 families came after us and all got food before us. Then the owner comes and says oh we aren’t racists 2 people on staff are married to a black person. Like ever racists say. They act as if mixed kids do get racist remarks from their white side. Food was good but at what cost? The owner gave us the food free but I wouldn’t go back and give my dollars they don’t treat black people right. And by the way NONE of the other families was talking to each other like small talk but they kept doing it to us I guess to make us feel comfortable which made us very uncomfortable. I would never go again and if you’re black I wouldn’t either! Full of...
Read moreThis was my first and last time there. We waited a good 15 to 20 minutes to even order. I had to get the attention of the waitress. Then about an hour and 15 minutes for the food. The chef and the waitress apologized after the fact. She told her manager how long we waited. A table next to us, told us they waited 45 minutes for salads. The manager did come over and apologize. She said they had all new staff in the kitchen. They also had a big party going on that probably threw them off. The manager gave us free dessert due to the wait, yet half the desserts weren't available. She offered free dessert to the table next to us as well. I ordered the Nutella pizza which was $15. My friends ordered creme brulee. They said it tasted like pudding. The waitress forgot one of them. The Nutella pizza was disgusting. Wasn't worth $15 so I'm glad we didn't pay for it. The manager asked how it was and we just said good and thanked her. We wanted to get out of there. I really wanted to tell her about that Nutella pizza because to charge $15 for that mess is atrocious. My friend felt bad because she's been there a few times and it was never like that according to her. Needless to say I will...

I don’t even know where to begin. We just had our wedding at Hudson Water Club, and it was truly one of the most beautiful, unforgettable experiences of my life. From the first meeting, Chris (the owner) and Catherine made us feel like family. They poured so much heart, care, and attention into every single detail, and it showed in the most incredible way.
The entire staff was nothing short of amazing — so attentive, so kind, and genuinely happy to be part of our wedding. It wasn’t just "good service," it was the kind of care that you feel and it meant the world to us. I can honestly say I’ve never experienced anything like it anywhere else.
Thanks to the incredible team at Hudson Water Club, our wedding wasn’t just an event — it was truly a magical experience. It’s a day we will treasure for the rest of our lives. If you're even thinking about hosting an event or simply going out for a special dinner, do yourself a favor and experience this place for yourself. Words don’t do it justice. From the bottom of our...
