I visited here on the way to Costco and I am so glad I stopped because the new center is very impressive! It’s full of very beautiful educational displays that are pleasing to the eye and teach about the local habitats and environment. I think it’s quite important to educate people about this stuff so I am glad this is here! 5 stars!!

A brand new visitor center opened by NY State Parks in September 2021. There are walking tours available from this location on weekends, which you can book online on their Eventbrite page. The regular $4 tour fee is waived until the end of 2021, so it's an even better...
