Lespaul Massage Therapy — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

I saw the reviews for the therapist on Google. I was first looking to find chiropractor similar to the one I had upstate that does not use a the bone shifting method where they crack your back. I have been to a few chiropractors and this method caused me so much excruciating pain when I went home. After the last chiropractor, I left saying, “Never again.” I have severe scoliosis with several herniated discs from my neck, and throughout my spine all the way down to my lower back. The doctors look at my MRI and say, “How are you still standing?” My answer-“God.” I do have pain every day. Some days so excruciating but I try to move through it. I don’t want to get to a point that I can’t move because I let the pain get the best of me. I was determined to find someone who could help relieve the pain I had, and I met Mr. Les. I was a little skeptical at first, but I kept reading his reviews on Google that were so positive. So, the first time I went, I was still in a negative mindset and doubting. However, Mr. Les even called to check up on me and see how my pain was. He had me come back and he used his oscillating procedure machine (I don’t remember the name of the machine, so I will call it that for now). Anyway, after the second time I started feeling a little better and I received a lot of information and knowledge about spine and back health from him, as well as, discussing with me proper diet, vitamins and natural supplements. Now, before my third visit, I was in excruciating pain from a previous orthopedic visit I had the same week. I could hardly move without sharp pains shooting through my arms, my upper back and stabbing pain in my lower back. I was so depressed from the visit with the orthopedic. I felt I wasn’t listened to; I had basically been dismissed. I am not an argumentative person to go back and forth so, I just allowed the doctor to talk, even though I knew he wasn’t looking at the correct documents (but he insisted he had them). I left in tears that day and it didn’t help that someone from his office called in response to my emails and she was extremely rude and nasty (Orlin and Cohen). I left in misery and in more pain. I called Mr. Les because I was absolutely miserable. He gave me an appointment for the following day and even checked up on me again to see how my pain was. I can say I saw him yesterday, and my back today feels so much better. I can’t say I have no pain, but I was able to go in the yard today and shave down some stray weeds in a bush from my house going into the public sidewalk (I didn’t want to get a fine). Anyway,as stated, I can’t say my pain is completely gone just because the curvature in my back is so bad along with the herniated discs. BUT!!! I can move my neck a little better without flinching. Currently, I don’t feel the knots in my back so much and I was able to finally sleep through the night, except for getting up to use the restroom. The sharp pain I had in my lower back also has some relief. It’s not completely gone, but I just feel a lot better and I am so much happier today just because I finally have some relief. Les listens to your concerns and gives advice on how to manage your pain…. And even other life issues. I can’t tell you how much better I feel today. I will continue to go back to Mr. Les especially when I go back to work and life gets a little bit more stressful during that time. I have to carry more items for my job like my laptop, books and lab supplies. I tend to hold that stress in my spine. If you have excruciating pain, Les is the person to see. Don’t be nervous or skeptical, he is professional and knowledgeable. Another great benefit is that he is able to use my job insurance for payment (if your insurance allows for massage therapy for pain management). I am definitely so much happier today with less pain and I can move a little better without the feeling of misery and just feeling depressed because of my spinal pain. Thank you so...

This is just one of those reviews where there aren’t enough stars to show how AMAZING this man is at what he does. I am a physical therapist for 17 years and know when I see a gift. Last night I had so much pain in my neck, shoulders and right arm that I could not sleep and found Les Paul’s site while I was awake, in pain and in tears. I wrote him at 3 AM via Google message and he responded to me at 8 AM that he had a spot for me today. I hired Lespaul Massage for a pamper party i had in July 2021 where he gave 10 females half hour massages. I did a hand and arm massage which was so amazing that I had to try him again at his establishment for a full body massage. I finally went to have a full body massage by Les on November 23 and it exceeded the great expectations I already had. I paid for a 90 minute full body massage that was priced very reasonable and it was tailored to meet the needs of my body. I am a workout fanatic and my massage not only help to relax me and get out all the knots in my body..but I received a sports stretch that was amazing and well needed. I was also given some vital information about how to properly stretch after my workouts that will help my body to be more flexible and less tight. I give my massage experience 10 plus starts. The ambiance of the place was beautiful and relaxing...the music was soft and pleasant...the heated massage table was cozy and comfortable.....the place was very clean and appealing to the eyes.
