Great views from the highest point in Wisconsin!

A short hike from the parking area to the tower, but still enough elevation to get the heart rate going. There are benches along the way if you need them.

The air quality was much better than my last visit (52 vs 196 AQI), which made for a much better viewing (and breathing) experience.

The place was packed! So many people coming to see the changing leaves, which were not quite peak yet. Another week or two should make for some spectacular views.

Well worth visiting, though you may have to wait a bit for a parking spot and to see the view from the top of the tower if you're visiting during peak color change season.

Be sure to sign the guest book in the mailbox at the base of the tower...
