I had a very disappointing experience at Signarama Huntington Station. I visited to get a sign for my business and was quoted $1,500 for a single-sided sign, which seemed high. When I asked about making it double-sided, they quoted me an outrageous $3,600 for the same sign! For comparison, I had a quote from Victory Sign for $800 for a similar sign. When I showed them the competitor’s quote and asked why their prices were over 450% higher, the employee, Sal Tiritter, simply said they’ve been in business for 30 years and stand by their product. That response felt dismissive and didn’t justify the massive price difference, especially since other companies also stand by their work at a fraction of the cost. It seemed like the general manager assumed I wouldn’t question the pricing and tried to take advantage by inflating the quote. This kind of unethical business practice is unacceptable.
