Today i had a tee time @9:20 to play a round of golf @ James Baird Golf Course i had arrived at the golf course an hour early just like i have always done where ever i play, got to the club house door and it was locked an there was no one from the staff around to help so i called the golf course to see what was going on and i got an answering machine with a message from last year that they would be open thanksgiving weekend, pitiful, Now the golf course opened for the season on 3/14/2016, now maybe its me but when a course opens for the season you would think there would be some one from the staff there to answer questions or even someone in the pro shop to help you or let you know the course will be closed for the day due to the weather, and by the way i called about 5 other golf courses and all of them had staff to answer the phone & answer questions and to let you know if they were open or closed due to the weather, Beekman ,Dinsmore,apple greens, Casperkill,& Dogwood, James Baird is a NY state golf course but then again so is Dinsmore they had there staff on to answer questions and they were...

My issue is with the operation of the course. AFTER you have make a tee time, they will simply cancel it on you (sending you an email), if they have a chance to host an outing that day, etc. Im not really aware of any other operation that maintains such a poor customer service policy.
