Woodland Trail Beverage Co — Attraction in Town of Lakewood

We visited Woodland Winery as part of our "Girls trip." We entered the store and no one was there to welcome us. After about 5 mins of being in the store, and the ONLY ones in the store, a woman came out and said she didn't hear the bell. For reference, this was about 12:30, May 16th. We were there for a wine tasting and it has been a long time since I have experienced this level of rudeness. Sarcastic and short replies to questions, absolutely no input on what wines we liked or didn't based on the information on what we were looking for. Bottom line, the wine was good and we purchased 3 bottles, but customer service was a 0. Thankfully we went further down the road and found Lakehouse Winery and experienced exceptional quality of people...

First of all we visit alot of wineries. The lady that was doing the sampling and the till was extremely rude . If we didn’t have a prepaid voucher I would’ve walked out!! We didnt get there during Festi-Fall in Lakewood so we went the day after. Debbie made the trip worth it. Very friendly and knew her stuff. She was a huge help picking out a gift wine. Stop in during tge summer and try their wine slushies. Wine was reasonably price. I have a few more people to shop for Christmas so a return trip is definitely...
