This florist is incredible! BEST FLORIST IN BUFFALO! I live in Sydney Australia and my beautiful friend passed away this week. I was going to send her a beautiful, bright and colorful Aussie twist vase of flowers. Sadly, she passed before they could be sent. So instead I messaged Kieran and told her the sad news. This was all done personally from Facebook and over the phone, because it was such a sensitive and emotional order. I decided to send a different arrangement and a teddy, with printed out personalized letters for her family. Kieran sent me photos and made sure that they were delivered to my friends husband as it was really important to me. CAN NOT THANK KIERAN ENOUGH for her love, support and kindness! The flowers and teddy were exactly what I wanted. The flowers were big, beautiful and fresh and the teddy was big and cuddly! She went above and beyond being a florist. The manager here is completely unprofessional. My sister met with the designer on 4/30 for an estimate for her December wedding. She was told she would get the quote right after Mother's Day due to how busy they were. Here we are 7 WEEKS LATER, and no quote. My sister and her fiancé have followed up multiple times with no luck. My sister was so upset that she asked me to call today. I called and spoke to the manager who told me they were too busy with prom to get us the estimate. She told me it was normal for it to take 7 weeks. She told me we would get a call from the designer next week, which we have been told multiple times. This is HORRIBLE business. I will never recommend this florist to anyone. It is completely unacceptable and a waste of time to deal with them. We will be going elsewhere, along with all of our family who have used them...

2022 prom, I ordered flowers, two weeks early to make sure I would get them. I was told don’t order until Tuesday or Wednesday if the Prom is on a Friday, because they might lose my order if ordering too early. So I do what I told and I go in there today (Wednesday) and they’re not taking any more orders for prom (Friday) Mind you I live a block from this florist. I have a horrible, chronic pain and walk with a cane. I’m not very mobile and it was difficult for me to get out to the store and walk in anyways.
