As a disability advocate for 20 years, and pushrim wc user for 3 yrs, unless these trails are paved, smooth, slip resistant, and maintained year round, they're not wheelchair accessible. Google needs to mot assume every park is accessible simply because the Americans with Disabilities Act is nearly 35 years old. Pavers are terrible for wheelchairs, and I don’t see any cut-outs at the picnic tables. Are there even accessible restrooms? Read moreWe visit White River Park often. The trails are well maintained and easy to walk. They gave wooded and prairie hiking and all the trails can overlap if you want a longer hike. The picnic areas are clean and relaxing. If you're lucky, you might catch someone's wedding while you're there! It's also a great location for family or senior pictures.
