White River County Park — Attraction in Town of Lyons

Been there 20-30 times in 2 years to hike with my dog. Beautiful park, but too many patrons disregard the "dogs must be on a leash" or "pick up after your dog" regulations and I have NEVER seen a county employee at the park. It's probably time to ban dogs in general since people can't just act right. I definitely don't recommend visiting...

Nice place for locals to go for a walk or jog. Varying terrain and some nice old trees. Can hike and see everything in a couple hours.
