Pail Shop Vineyards — Attraction in Town of Otsego

Pail Shop never disappoints! Tucked near Fly Creek Cider Mill, it’s the perfect spot to escape the crowds and enjoy delicious wine with a scenic view. The red sangria is my personal favorite—great to sip there or take home! They also offer a charcuterie board if you’re feeling hungry and the staff is wonderful.

I love hidden gems and this winery just outside of Cooperstown is one that’s not to be missed! It’s owner operated and all the wine production is done on site. We stopped by after getting a free tasting and 15% discount offered through The Willow Tree B&B. We sampled all their wines and were impressed by the variety and unique flavors they produce here. I liked the Rose and we both liked the White, we also took home some Red. My only complaint would be that their prices ranging from $11 to $14 per bottle seems to be a little excessive for unrated, little known wines.
