Sunscape Farms — Attraction in Town of Penfield

After researching I decided to visit, to soon realize that this place needs people that are more customer service friendly. I needed some information and guidance for a project I'm planning to do at my house. I reach out to a girl and show her what I want it, she was busy so she told another girl which is completely fine then this other girl turns around and says ill send someone else so I stood to the side waiting... she never told another soul and continued doing what she was doing. I felt completely ignored After standing for like 10 minutes waiting I left. I don't know if it was because she took a look at us 🇵🇷 and didn't care or just plain unprofessional....

Best place in town! Great prices and CSA is worth every penny. Employees are great too. You cant beat the quality of their produce. They have a large selection of annuals and perennials, that always grow in my garden. My 13 year old and three year old love visiting the green houses. (Update) 2023 season Its Mother's Day Weekend and everything looks AMAZING!! The farm has grown... Healthy plants and a huge selection of them . Large variety of perennials and annuals, shrubs and produce. They also are selling bags of compost and potting mix. My garden blooms with plants from sunscape!! Im never disappointed when i visit. And the staff is always friendly...

This place is awesome! Love it and the staff.

Yes, a but is coming. At times and especially on weekends, getting out of the parking lot, and people, just parking anywhere. IMHO is extremly dangerous. Not sure if there has ever been a accident there, if not, there will be one someday, just pray it will not.

Suggestion? Rope off at least 25-30 feet from eachside of the opening gates on the street side fence line. That way people will be able to see cars...
