Let me preface this as saying I truly believe this place deserves 4 stars, but due to reasons soon to be stated, and the vast number of 5 star reviews I only want this to be seen by the owners so as to improve their business.

I went here with my girlfriend and upon entering, the interior felt half finished and the dining room had a middle school lunchroom vibe.

We were immediately greeted by who I believe was the owner. He was kind and eager to help which was nice. We proceeded to the bar which was definitely busier than they anticipated as service was a bit slow and the confusing ordering/tasting process didn't help. I felt as though the staff were friends and close family of the owner who didn't necessarily want to work as they seemed not too experienced but they did the best they could.

We started off by tasting our first 4 comped tastings by working our way down the menu. We decided to then choose our favorite 4 and order a picnic platter. We quickly realized these wines were very different then what we were used to tasting. It tasted as though the wines were immature and needing refining. The Estate Reserve and the Maiden Blush were pretty great actually, but others like the Rock Valley White had too many harsh competing flavors that inhibited the palate from tasting the whole wine. There were strong grape flavors beyond what a typical wine would have across the board.

That being said we chose our top 4 and ordered a picnic platter with Prosciutto and Gouda. You get a small wheel of cheese, a generous portion of meat, some nuts, olives, and a baguette. The baguette was easily the best thing we tried here our entire visit. It was fresh, warm, and all around fantastic. The prosciutto however tasted more like salami and less of Prosciutto. I feel as though it should have been aged a bit longer, but the cheese... The Gouda we ordered was absolutely great. Wisconsin really knows their cheeses.

Overall Staller was an okay experience that I believe will only (like wine)...

If you're looking for a fun and flavorful dive into Wisconsin's cocktail culture, look no further than an Old Fashioned class! We attended one and had an absolute blast learning the art of crafting this iconic drink. From the moment we stepped into the class, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The instructor was clearly passionate about the Old Fashioned and eager to share their knowledge. We started with a brief history of the cocktail, which was fascinating and gave us a newfound appreciation for its Wisconsin roots. Then, it was time to get hands-on! The instructor guided us through each step of the process. The best part? We got to taste our creations along the way! It was incredibly satisfying to sip on an Old Fashioned that we had made ourselves. The class also provided delicious finger foods, which paired perfectly with the cocktails and added to the convivial atmosphere. Throughout the experience, the instructor encouraged us to experiment and find our own personal Old Fashioned preferences. They were happy to answer any questions and shared plenty of tips and tricks to ensure our cocktails were top-notch. By the end of the class, we not only had a newfound appreciation for the Old Fashioned but also the confidence to recreate it at home. It was a truly enjoyable experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun and educational outing in Wisconsin. Whether you're a seasoned cocktail enthusiast or simply curious about this beloved Wisconsin tradition, an Old Fashioned class is the perfect way to learn, laugh, and raise a glass to good...
