Pyramid Lake — Attraction in Town of Schroon

This is a truly scenic place that provides some fantastic serenity. I come here often with a group of camping buddies and always have the greatest time. It's a pretty remote place with a gorgeous waterway called Pyramid Lake and it is absolutely breathtaking. It offers free canoes and kayaks and has a mess hall for breakfast, lunch and supper if you choose that. It has an old old Log Cabin Church in the middle of nowhere and it's is adorned with the most beautiful woodwork you'll see anywhere.
