What should I say here.. OH MY GOD.!!!
I do not want to share this location to others. Because, I LOVE THIS PLACE.
Personally, I love hiking. This is not a extreme courses but it is good practice course.
The trailer hours start to end about 4 hours so, you have to be prepared a little.
It could be feel like long trails but, the pathway is near the water so you will enjoy the long walk.
But, again not extreme course so you will enjoy this trails.
There is small streams while you passes the pathway. It's like you are going to feels definitely like different state. Not feel like in new York at all.
You can bring the bicycle but, for bicycle may hard for you if you don't have any experience at the mountains..
I love this park specially you can bring the pups 🐶 ❤ 💕
I'm extreme dog lover and doing a dog sitter as a job so this is will gives you a opportunities to get some fun with your pups.
Oh! There is you can rent a small boat cost.. I don't want to share lol it's too good to be true..😲😁
So, plan your day at this park and enjoy with your family and friends or your loved one!!
PERFECT place...
Read moreWe recently visited Blydenburgh County Park, planning just to take a drive through, and right at the entrance we discovered there’s a small park fee. That was fine with us, since we figured we might as well explore while we were there.
The park itself is beautiful and well-kept, with large open spaces, picnic areas, and plenty of scenic spots that look perfect for spending a peaceful day outdoors. We noticed the lake seemed to have some kind of issue going on, but even so, the surroundings were very pretty and serene.
The highlight for us was definitely the dog park, which we ended up spending most of our time in. It’s spacious, thoughtfully designed, and a wonderful place for dogs to run, play, and explore. Our dog loved it, and so did we. Afterward, we drove around a bit more to take in the rest of the park, and it really gave the impression of a calm, inviting space.
Blydenburgh County Park feels like a little escape into nature. It’s peaceful, scenic, and full of spots where families — and especially dogs — can enjoy themselves. We’ll definitely be...
Read moreHuge park. Several walking trails. One trail is approximately 6 miles long and goes around the entire lake. Along the way you see waterbirds (ducks, geese, swans).
There are camping areas that include small shelters, picnic tables, and small fire pits.
In addition, there are two huge dog runs. One is for small dogs -- under 25 pounds -- the other is for larger dogs. Today there were at least 25 dogs running around, playing, and having a great time. As a dog lover, this makes Blydenburgh extra special for me.
Today is November 15 and it appears that the campground and restrooms are closed for the season. Something you may want to take into consideration if you plan to visit in the late fall, winter or early spring.
There appears to be plenty of parking, the walking trails are clearly marked, and the folks that we ran into were all very friendly.
All in all a beautiful spot to spend a few hours enjoying nature.
