My boyfriend surprised me with a trip to this gorgeous vineyard! First, I loved the drive out to the location as we passed quaint farms, apple orchards, other vineyards, and baked goods stops. Upon arrival to Osprey's Dominion, you're greeted with a lovely open lawn with picnic tables and live music with the vineyards as a backdrop. He brought along a picnic basket of goodies and I would suggest bringing your own snacks. They do serve light refreshments inside of the building where the wine tastings take place, but they're nothing to write home about. After we spent some time enjoying the outdoors at our picnic table (there are many to choose from), we went inside to enjoy some wine. The tasting was fun and we tried ten different vinos before choosing two to purchase. We received a discount on the bottles that we purchased which was cool.
Overall, the atmosphere was picturesque and serene. There is another outdoor area where you can enjoy your wine tastings and plenty of photo opportunities. I was enjoying my surprise so mostly selfies for us, but I can't wait to return to get some shots...
Read moreI recently had a bunch of family and friends meet out at Ospreys Dominion for a surprise birthday party. (I also happened to get engaged that day which was another surprise for everyone). Right from the start Peter (the Event Coordinator guy) was on the same page as me, and put all my planning concerns at ease. His demeanor, understanding, willingness and eagerness to help made the day not only possible but PERFECT! When we thought rain was going to be an issue we stayed on the same page and went for it. He gave not only what he told me he would be turned out to be even more generous. Other vineyards were not only not open to the idea, but rudely and aggressively discouraged it. Ospreys setting, hospitality and excellent attitude allowed for our friends, family, my dog Truff, and my new fiancé and myself to very easily and happily have a perfect day. The wine was also great... the beer and live music only made everything that much better We will be back! Thanks to the Vineyard and to Peter we all had a perfect day and created a memory that we will surely want to revisit.

Read moreThe man inside serving the “testers” was terribly bothered to serve/help us. He literally flung the tray with the five wines and some of the wine spilled onto the tray. He was more interested in his regulars and spoke to them with respect. I was with my two grown daughters and my granddaughter. We were wanted to have a relaxing experience and hopefully find wine to purchase. The place was cold and uninviting. Their wine, and between the three of us, was not good. We threw out 15 small plastic cups outside. Nothing to purchase nothing to enjoy. The entire experience was simply pour. We did however find a fabulous boutique winery afterwards and bought a mixed case of wonderful diverse wines and were served by lovely welcoming people. Save your money. Unless you frequent this place and aren’t looking for an enjoyable...
