Heart & Hands is one of the premier wineries in the FLX region, specifically for their Pinot Noir wines. They also have excellent Dry Reisling and Chardonnay wines (and as someone who does not "drink" or "like" Chardonnay, it amazes me that I continually enjoy what they produce...it isn't buttery in case that's what you're looking for). Definitely visit this winery, it is a gem in the Finger Lakes!! Wow, what a great experience tasting high quality wines! We had a great tasting experience, with a very attentive and thoughtful staff explaining each wine and where the grapes are grown,. It’s obvious that there is a high detail on quality which is reflected in exquisite wines. We loved everything we tasted including the sparkling Riesling,, the Chardonnay and the Blanc de Blanc. Would not recommend this winery to anyone!! One person was seated outside sipping wine: an employee told us that we could not sit in her area even though only that one man was there. We went to where she directed us to sit. Another employee approached and told us only five to a table; again no one else was there! We had a party of ten, so we separated guys/girls. The employee went to explain how busy they were with a harvest! This had nothing to do with guests visiting. We didn’t feel welcome AT ALL and ended up leaving! Very rude and poor...
