There’s a reason everyone’s given Quarry Ridge a 5/5. I’d give it an extra star if that were possible. We had a day planned to hit a few more wineries but this place was so nice we just stayed here the whole day.
The owners are so nice. It was fairly busy on a Friday afternoon but they took time to chat about the vineyard and just shoot the breeze whenever they came by our table.
The venue and space is beautiful and relaxing. The construction of everything is solid; from the building itself down to the chairs and tables.
And of course the wine! Delicious. Enjoyed everything we sampled with my favorites being the Barrel Fermented Chard and the Cab Franc.

Their wines are going on year 2 or 3 (?). They are growing cab Franc and pinot noir. They said first bottle will be April 2022.

We will be returning with our snacks to sit in the deck, get a bottle and...

Best red our party tasted on both sides of Lakes Cayuga and Seneca. Much thanks to Brian and owner Gary for their enthusiastic hospitality, and time sharing the back story of the winery. The views from the deck over looking their grapevines and lake Cayuga are wonderful! Also, the inside wine bar area is very inviting. Highly recommend a stop at...
