This place is actually great. Awesome views. There are showers and changing rooms with lockers(bring a lock). Ice cream vending machines. There are several areas that have barbecues so you don't have to bring your own. There's picnic tables too.
There's a snack bar and beach shop Incase you forget something or get hungry.

The other issue was that they don't have any designated smoking area. No matter where I went on the beach I was down wind to cigar, cigarette and weed smoke.
This is supposed to be as family place yet it's not because of this. There were butts all over the beach and beer caps in the sand. It was disgusting. The kids were digging these up as they dug in the stands to make sand castles....

OVERALL, GREAT PLACE FOR A NICE FAMILY GATHERING. Worth the ride, have bbq grills & tables for sitting but bring chairs for a large family. We had a great time. Hope this helps. 4⭐'s and pretty darn close to a 5!
