Xtreme Air — Attraction in Town of Vandenbroek

Place was amazing! So much to do there! FINALLY an active & FUN place for older kids & ADULTS to go & just be kids again! For adults who don't drink or go to clubs this is a GOD SEND! Our whole family enjoyed themselves! We challenged ourselves & left feeling GREAT! Also, the people who worked there were pretty helpful! We actually got locked out of our van at closing time & didn't know what to do but the workers got us a flashlight & we were able to see our keys were left on the back seat! They also looked up & gave us the # to the closest Police Department since we weren't even in our home town & helped us figure things out & they didn't have to do ANY of that but they were naturally helpful to us & that was awesome. The place is outstanding inside! You wouldn't believe HOW massive unless you GO see it for yourselves! I will say one only downside to this is that it is a tad bit on the pricier side of a "fun day out" only because you pay by the hour & the cost for the hour is $12 & then $2 per pair of socks on top of that fee & you must buy & wear their socks for safety reasons (grips) BUT the plus side is that you can save them & re-use them the next visit (the socks are pretty awesome too by the way!) But other than me wishing the price was lower for families who may not be able to spend that much on an hour of fun- it was a great time & we'll definitely be going back! Hopefully SOON! :) Thanks for an incredibly FUN & totally memorable 1st time!

2018 Service call 4/2018 not so great! They didn't really do anything and yet I paid for a full service not to just look at everything and say all looks good. Said due to temp outside they couldn't check pressure. I asked them to bring filters, which they did not. Fortunately I had one and he replaced, but he said the other still had some time left on it. Why replace it then? He didn't spray the ac units off well either and left the hose strewn about in the way of dog door and ramp. I was very dissapointed this go around and not sure I will use them anymore. I would not recommend them at...

It seems to be a consistent problem that the manager seems to be a Karen we didn’t have any issues with her but her mood is terrible. The “ Hurricane simulator“ felt less powerful than one of the fans that weren’t even plugged in. It was very hot and everyone seemed to be in a terrible mood. The park would be fun if you have a big family to entertain each other, but if you don’t I wouldn’t recommend it. The high jump is permanently closed which made the thrill level very low. Compared to other trampoline parks I wouldn’t rate this one very high. Also the 2$ lazar tag takes 15 seconds to complete and the lazars weren’t working the first time and the second try was super easy and looks more exciting than it actually is. Not...
