Twin Brooks Park — Attraction in Trumbull

Twin Brooks veteran Park in Trumble Ct is a beautiful majestic Park. The scenic view are a breath of fresh air every single time i walk there. The people are friendly and even their dogs seem to be smiling just for being there. After my 3 mile walk this morningi got into my car to leave. I was spotted by a park Ranger and asked if i was aTrumblw resident. I said no. He then proceeded to ask me if i had a permit to park. I said no, i didn't kno i needed a permit to use a public park. He further stated that if i produced my car registration he could give me a sticker so i don't get a ticket the next time around. I refused. U them told him that i was a traveler who had passed they now than 37 states some with highly famous parks from Wyoming to Hawaii the down to Florida and i have never been asked to produce a parking permit to use any of these state parks or even a local park like Twin Brooks. He said that's the way it is. I well most likely go down to the city hall this afternoon to find out more about using this park. BEWARE that a town parking sticker is required to park here. The signs stating this fact are extremely sparse and partially obscured. One is at the bottom of the big sign at the park entrance, but obscured by plant growth. The other is a non-standard faded wooden sign high up on a tree.

We luckily avoided a ticket only because we saw the angry park attendent get out of his illegally parked truck and place red tickets on other cars.

This park is beautiful love the entry to it that bridge is beautiful and the lake with the ducks the trails are nice to walk the park was clean and the people we're friendly lots places u could seat I gave it a 4 🌟 because we when to the park for one specific reason and it was to see the beautiful water fall to only get there and find it full of trash and dirt look like it hasn't been clean in years and no water at all they should up date and tell ppl that it's not working other than that we still enjoy the park and we...
