South Green Street Park — Attraction in Tuckerton

When you are driving into the parking lot, on the right is a little beach, now there's no signs saying to go/not go and I've noticed people go over to it also families with babies, people with dogs and when I was last there I picked up 4 HANDFULS of broken shards of glass and thats in a few minutes, and as I was looking into the water I could see glass pieces rolling around in the sand. Nice views of water. A place to walk, read, listen to the radio in the car. Plenty of parking, Walkway over the bay. Restrooms, portable (2), on-site. No eating facilities, bring your own breakfast or lunch, picnic tables available. Playground if you have children, slides. Fishing or crabbing. Nice, clean, redone several years ago. WAWA, Stewart's, Diner, etc. ...

Date of Crabbing - 7/26/25 I'm giving this place 4/5 because it was not a good crabbing experience for me. Turtles are everywhere stealing bait and not recommended for basket type traps. Box traps are okay since turtles can't steal. Plenty of nearby crab places too, especially Dock Road in Eagleswood 10 minutes...
