My God, where do I even begin?
This is the place my life began and came to an end. Every memory is vivid and emotional, never to be compared to any thought before or since. Every deer and raccoon and blade of grass is my home.
To the little pavilion that will never get a remodel - I thank you. Nothing on this earth comes close to the sentiment you bring me. I miss looking into my stars on your unsteady platform.

Read moreLong time road/gravel cyclist with my first mountain bike. A friend suggested we play around and let me develop a bit of bike handling skills at Lubell Park. Lubell Park has some nice open-field balance structures as well as several loops of [easy] single track. Somewhere on these courses is a lake feature (photogenic area). We spent about an hour honing in my form and working on balance. I definitely plan on returning to continue to work...
Read moreThere's so many spots or areas to park, play, hike, do your stretches, ride your bike, or if you have very little ones there is a fence around one of the playgrounds to let the kids play on the there and you can close the gate so they don't get out to the parking lot. The biggest thing I really liked about this one was there was a lot of trees for shade on the playground, so it's not so hot to the touch on...
