Placed an online order that went smoothly, picked it up, that was fine, got to my destination, and went to eat my food, but my side of baked beans was not there. I didn't have time to go back right then, but I went back within 30 minutes of my original pick-up. When I got there I informed the girl I didn't get the beans and she asked me to pull around to the window, I then asked if they would give me fresh fries bc I don't want to eat cold French frys, that girl seriously said "well your food is cold bc it's been half an hour since you picked it up." Ummmm, well if you would have given me what I ordered the first time I came to pick my food up I would have eaten it hot and I wouldn't be back here but seeing as how you are too incompetent to put what i ordered in the bag the first time i was here, plus, I don't want to waste $3.00 on food you didn't give me and I don't want to eat baked beans by themselves I chose not to eat until I could get the beans. I should have asked for the entire meal to be replaced and my money back for said meal, kinda thought I was being nice just asking for what I ordered and fresh fries. I don't know when customer service went out the window and we started arguing with the customers, but if I was the manager and she was my employee she wouldn't have a job any longer in my restaurant just bc she really wanted to argue with the customer when you didn't put the correct food items that were paid for in the effing bag. This is why I will continue to vote no on raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour. Until you can get my order correct without me having to come back and argue with you, you don't deserve $15 an hour. I should have gotten her name and filed a complaint about her with Rib Crib...

When you go through the drive thru window, you can see inside and it was DISGUSTING. Cups, food, etc all over the floor. The cutting board area was also disgusting. I was hungry and it kinda ruined my appetite but I gave it a chance? Lol. The sides were decent (mashed potatoes and fries). But the pulled pork meal that I got was horrible. It was all fat. When he got there he used my NEW last name instead of my maiden name, he ended up giving the order number... and the lady at the window was extremely rude to my husband about how my last name was wrong and I needed to update it. It would have been fine had she simply stated "oh, i see I got your order pulled up just have her uodate it to make it easier next time" but no she had to have the worst attitude about it and be so rude...
