Skatenorth — Attraction in Tulsa

Tulsa is way too lucky. I hit four parks in the area, this one being probably my least favorite — but still really an awesome spot. I mean, it’s got everything you could want, really. Quarter pipes, ledges, banks, rails, stairs, benches, even a man-made gap, not to mention a really big bowl with a lot of different lines and features. And get this: I was the only person there in the middle of the day, on a Saturday, with pretty much perfect weather; in other words, this place is way underutilized! Usually love this park, but I came from bartlesville to skate this and they had all the lights shut off. It was only 7 pm guess I'll go skate the streets where people don't want me, because the place for me to do it is not skatable. Skating in the dark is dangerous. What a waste of a good skatepark and tax...

Guaranteed not to be too crowded. It's a bit far out there, but after my visit today, joins my list of top 5 parks in and around tulsa.

It has a few unique features (ramp gap ramp), and BMXers would probably get some use out of them.
