Helicopters Grand Canyon — Attraction in Tusayan

I have segmented my review between the heliport up top, the heliport down below and the boat tour at the bottom. This part deals with the boat tour. Pictures are from two distinct trips so may be jumbled. One day was cloudy and one was not so there can be distinctly different impressions from the same place. This was the best part of the overall tour experience. On my first trip, the boat operator cautioned us to silence and turned off the engines so we could float and the resulting silence was deafening. We couldn't hear the wind, animal noises, anything. When one of the helicopters was coming down to land, even that was muted as they far above us. Very nice place and unbelievable view. Tasty sparkling wine, fast and great helicopter. But view at this point is unbelievable.
