Now the one star is for the pool aquatic center or whatever they want to call themselves....I think it's a little ridiculous that they closed an hour after they opened on a saturday when it's 80 degrees outside because they didn't have but 15 people show up to swim. It was only an hour who only waits an hour for swimmers to show up. Now I had a group of 30 or more people show up at a picnic area I had rented which was really nice and convenient to use for a birthday party by the way...they all were looking forward to going swimming before and after the party but we apparently didn't get there early enough. 12:15 was too late... looks like they just lost out on at least a couple hundred dollars in just entry fees not including the drinks and things for the kids. I think that we may just have to find somewhere else to swim with our large group of people next time. You may want to rethink shutting down early when there were campers and many vehicles show up after shutting down and I was at the picnic area till after 5 many others were upset as well....poor judgement...

Very hard to get the so called ranger that supposedly works there to do anything. Just complains about more than one vehicle parked at a site. But that rule doesn't apply to all the campers only some. There was sites with two vehicles, even one with 4 vehicles, but never had to move theirs. There was even a Vett allowed to park in the grass. But when my daughter came with her handicapped daughter parked in the grass within maybe 5 minutes of getting her out, he was right there ordering it to be moved. Couldn't even get him to answer his door, when we didn't help or even toilet paper for the restroom. A really sad sad person as a fair and helpful ranger. A guy like that shouldn't have that job. And those extra large heavy burns rings, you can even get a fire in them, and no you can't even cook anything on them, and seriously don't even try roasting marshmallows, you drop them holding them down inside those stupid...

My family is here camping. My husband is doing a shutdown here in Coshocton. All I have to say is wow! The scenery is beautiful but they really need to get some security to monitor the showerhouse and even the water park. Very disappointed and will be moving to another campground ASAP! There is clearly a drug problem in this town and I am furious I can't take my children camping without my phone being stolen, walking in the bathroom without seeing someone shooting up or having sex (they clearly do not stay here), or seeing a drug transaction at the water park. I told the park office and I was basically blown off. This is serious! Most people that camp don't want this mess. Clean your park up! Have the police patrol. Do...

Great place to camp! Not a lot of hiking in the area, but there is a path that goes from the campsite to Coshocton and Roscoe Village. Lots of area shopping and local places to check out. Very noisy after 10 pm radio blaring etc at night on Thursday and Friday, but got better. We brought our kayaks and enjoy strolling around the lake and pavilion. Pool wasn’t open because it’s October but it looks fun and I’m sure it’s a huge hit. Add wi-if for those of us (Verizon) who don’t have great service to make it a better experience. There are only 69 spots but the bathroom facilities seemed adequate and I never had to wait. Hot water for a shower when it’s cold is always nice as well.

A beautiful area! I went to Coshocton Lake Park to hike the Scarr Forest Loop Trail. It was cool, with lots of cool rock formations, bridges, and even a mysterious doorway leading into one of the giant rocks. There are also picnic tables, bike paths, soccer fields, baseball fields, and of course the lake that you can chill out at and take in the peaceful vibes. Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you are near the Coshocton area in Ohio.

Love My Park! My Children's Go to Place! Just Needs to Be a Little Cleaner! Restroom was Closed and the Porto Potty was Dedicated in! So was One of the Slides in the Play Ground! But We Had a Wonderful Day Fishing Except there was a Dead Animal in the Water! And So Much Green Moss on Water was Hard to Cast! It's a Lovely Place Just Needs a Little More Attention!
